A: Our delivery partners aim to bring your order to you within 1 - 2 business days throughout the UAE.
Q: What are the delivery fees?
A: Delivery is a flat AED 15 within the UAE. Orders over AED 69 qualify for free delivery!
Q: How do I return a damaged product?

Q: Who covers shipping for returns?
A: For damaged products, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

Returns + Refunds
Q: What is your Return & Refund policy?
A: Regrettably, we are unable to process returns for perishable items unless they are damaged. To request an exchange for damaged products, please submit a photo for verification at the time of delivery.
