Returns for Perishable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for perishable goods unless they arrive damaged or defective. This policy ensures the safety, freshness, and integrity of all items we deliver.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund.

To initiate a return or refund for a damaged item:

1. Take clear photos of the damaged product[s] immediately upon delivery. Please ensure the photos clearly show the issue.

2. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item by emailing sales@filbertsglobal.com with:

- Your order number

- A description of the issue

- Attached photos for verification

Once we verify the damage, we will work with you to either:

- Replace the damaged item[s] at no additional cost, or

- Refund the purchase amount to your original payment method

Please note: Returns or refunds may not be processed without photographic evidence submitted within the 24 hour window.

Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges except for items that are proven to be damaged or defective upon delivery. Each claim will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis to ensure a fair resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

- Perishable goods [unless damaged]

- Gift cards

- Promotional or clearance items

Shipping Costs

If an item is confirmed as damaged or defective, we will cover any return shipping costs associated with the exchange or refund process. In all other cases, shipping fees are non-refundable.
